Del Im-Re is a fictional character, the uncle of Kara In-Ze on her motherside, updated to the uncle of Kara Zor-El brother to Allura In-Ze, fanmade base on DC Comics Universe. What if a Millennia ago, the Reach secreted one of the Scarabs on Krypton, awaiting the day when it would awaken and summon its masters? (Just like on Earth) And what if it was found by a magic user just like Earth's Pharaoh Kha-Ef-Re ?
Writer notes: I'm going to try not to God mode this Character but will stay true to DCU Magic users, Kryptonians and what is known of Reach Scarab beetles. I found Kryptonian Magic users The Wizards of Juru and Kal-El (Earth-33) Little is known but I learn that they didn't use Kryptonian technology in Valley of Juru and these Kryptonians had learnt the arts of magick and were capable of great acts of sorcery. Also I found that Earth-33 was a world in which technological and social advancement were fueled by magic instead of science.
Also, only people born in or a descendant, a blood relative in the direct line of descent. carried the "dominant" like a gene for Kryptonian magi. Which explains why only 5% of Kryptonian had the magic gene.
